On our part, we do everything in our power to ensure that the purchased goods are shipped and delivered as quickly as possible. The cost of delivery itself depends on the value of the order placed.

 

Attention!

When ordering sets from abroad to Poland (eg "3x Set ..." or more), please select "Delivery method" only and exclusively UPS. Only in this way do we ship larger orders from abroad, unless we agree otherwise in advance. All prices shown on our website are gross prices, including all costs.

How to return?
Contact us by e-mail or via our messenger located in the lower right corner of our website. In response, you will receive details of the return from us. Please do not return the product until you report the return and receive information from us. It may happen that the return address will be different than the one provided above.
You can also fill in the withdrawal form manually.

Limitation of the right of withdrawal:
The right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason is not entitled to the consumer if the buyer has opened the sealed packaging of the goods, which cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons. The right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason is also not entitled to the consumer in the case of purchasing a non-physical product, e.g. e-gift card, when the purchased gift code has already been sent electronically.
In line with our returns policy, items returned must not be opened and / or used.
They must be in their original sealed packaging and in a resaleable condition
and with proof of purchase.
You will also need to return any free items that came with the item (s).
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. If you paid by card, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear back in your account, and it may take up to 30 business days for your PayPal refund to appear.

We accept secure payments with credit and debit cards supported by PayU and Paypal. Paypal payments can be made without having a Paypal account. After entering all the required data in the shopping cart, click "Paypal checkout", then, after redirecting to the Paypal website, click "Pay with a debit or credit card" or a similar option below the "Log in" option.

Possibility of manual payments to a bank account. If you choose "Manual payment" in the payment options, we will contact you within 48 hours providing the details and account number for payment. We execute orders after the payment is credited to the bank account, PayU account or Paypal account. We reserve the right to refuse orders without giving any reason after prior notification by e-mail. The refund will then be made on the same terms as in the case of withdrawal from the consumer's contract.

Complaints

We accept complaints on the general principles of consumer law in the EU and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
In order to submit a complaint, an application for consideration of the complaint should be sent to the e-mail address provided during the purchase, and if the subject of the complaint is physical, then the subject of the complaint should also be returned to us physically. The application must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.
The complaint application should include the name and surname of the buyer, the subject of the complaint and the justification for the complaint. In practice, it is a normal e-mail message.
To confirm the receipt of the complaint request, we will respond as soon as possible, but no longer than within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the application.
 
The return address of the physical subject of the complaint depends on the country of delivery. And if it is not possible to return the physical object of the complaint in the country of delivery, the correct address for returning the goods is the company's head office.
The time for considering the complaint is up to 30 business days from the date of physical receipt of the goods. The cost of returning the subject of the complaint is borne by the buyer.
In the case of a non-physical item, the time to consider the complaint is up to 30 business days from the date of receipt of the complaint. The decision to make a complaint will be sent by e-mail.
In special cases, the time to consider the complaint may be extended, about which we will inform you by e-mail
  before 30 business days.
If the complaint is accepted, we reserve the right to choose the form of return of the subject of the complaint. This could be the same new item or a refund for the purchase of that item. However, the refund will only take place in the absence of a new physical replacement for the subject of the complaint. A new, same item within an approved complaint will be sent to the applicant as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 working days from the receipt of the positive decision. The date of receipt of the complaint decision by the applicant is counted from the date of receipt by the applicant of the confirmation of receipt of the decision.
On the other hand, the funds for a recognized complaint will be refunded as in the case of withdrawal from the contract or return without giving a reason, i.e. the same way that they were paid and within the time specified in the terms of payment refunds.
